Book and Travel with Confidence

We are living in unprecedented times, so we are going to unprecedented lengths to welcome you safely. With the beaches and our doors open, we are committed to making your stay as stress-free and safe by applying the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization as recommended by the CDC to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

We want to keep all parties as safe as possible and ask that you please maintain social distancing as much as possible.  Wear masks and gloves when utilizing public touchpoints, etc. Our staff has been directed to maintain that as well for your safety and ours. Please wear masks in the elevators as well as when you are within 6 feet of someone not in your party.

In addition, Florida has moved into Phase 3 of the Safe. Smart. Step-by-Step. Plan for Florida’s COVID-19 recovery. Masks are encouraged, and at some businesses, including grocery stores, masks are required. Restaurants have reopened at 100% capacity inside and no limits on outdoor seating. Some entertainment businesses are continuing to operate at 50% capacity.

Some Important Changes & Updates

When guests check into Emerald View Resorts, they may notice a number of policy additions and changes designed to set a higher standard of cleanliness. We hope you enjoy your stay. Specific areas of focus include:

Policy Updates

ALL contracts and full payments must be received in full at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Early Arrivals

Early arrivals will be permitted on an individual basis accorded to your rental being available and inspected for your arrival. We ask that you not enter the building until after that time so we can ensure the unit is properly sanitized and safe for your stay.

Door Codes

If you are emailed/texted a door code, please remember that it will not work until 4pm.  Due to sanitization procedures between guests, we will not check anyone in prior to 12pm.  If you arrive between 12pm and 4pm, feel free to call us to see if you can enter the unit early. We cannot guarantee early check-in but will allow it if possible.

Luggage Carts

We recommend bringing a rolling cart to pull luggage, groceries, etc. to your rental as there is no way to ensure the sanitization of luggage carts.  Luggage carts are not available for use at this time.

Cleaning and Sanitization Measures

We know a managed cleaning program is the most effective weapon against the spread of viruses, so we have in-house and outside experts training our staff to ensure that High Touch Points are being properly cleaned and disinfected. As our cleaners are working, they will be wearing gloves and masks for as long as needed as well as using the recommended disinfectant products we will be incorporating into the standard departure cleans.

Bedding & Linen

In order to make sure your rental is safe for your family, we are removing all permanent throw pillows, comforters, bedspreads, duvets, pillow shams.  We are asking that you bring your own blankets or comforters in an effort to keep you as safe as possible during the pandemic.

Maintenance During Your Stay

Out of an abundance of caution and until further notice, Maintenance will not enter your unit during your stay.  If we have either general maintenance requests or a required service call due to an emergency, for everyone's safety, we kindly ask that you leave the unit or step outside on your balcony until our staff has completed their work.

Area Beaches

Area beaches are open with social distancing requirements. County and state officials are directing beachgoers to follow CDC recommended protocols to prevent spreading Coronavirus to others.

Stay Safe

From check-in to checkout, guest and staff safety is our top priority. We are not responsible for anyone coming into contact with anyone with the Coronavirus.  Please continue to follow the CDC's recommendations for Social Distancing and keeping you and your family safe as well as our staff that is needed to run the Resorts.
